The
System P Services Contract for Wheeled bins.
Created in 1977, the "System P", which has since been modified
to the "System P Services Contract" has benefited from increasingly
innovative developments. Indeed, pre-collection of household
waste and assimilated waste is a fundamental stage in the organisation
of waste collection and processing.
The "P System Services Contract" integrates
the following services:

| |
|

Communication
" Wheeled bins adapted to a residents need is ideal, but
we also need a true spokesperson to inform our residents
and enhance the actions taken".
- Communication to heighten the public's awareness to
environmental issues.
- Clear, educational diagrams to simplify selective
collection.
- Teaching aids to help children respect the environment.
- Organising events to mark the start of our partnership.
|
|
| |
|
|

Door-to-door
survey
A complete inventory of what is needed
- All the citizens in your area are informed of our
visit by letter.
- All parameters are inspected.
- The survey sheet and the inventory of fixtures: precise
information as to residents' needs and constraints.
- The free phone line: to favour requests for information
and deal with those absent during surveys.
- The results of the survey are stored in an information
and communication system, which ensures the success
of the next phases of System P, starting with door-to-door
distribution.
|
|
| |
|
|

Door-to-door
distribution
- Systematic identification with an address label bar
code and microchip which can subsequently be activated.
- A personalised contract with residents.
- Notice of our visit and dealing with those absent.
- Communication and information tools.
- Door-to-door distribution is the second decisive stage
to update the software system thus enabling servicing/maintenance
and cleaning/disinfecting of your wheeled bin stock.
|
|
| |
|
|

Maintenance-washing-disinfecting
A permanent guarantee of quality,
- Local operation for quick interventions.
- Regular quality controls.
- Qualified staff to carry out door-to-door interventions
when called upon.

can only be monitored with thorough, high performance
computerised management.
|
|
| |
|
|
|

Computerised
management
Complete control of the information
- Requests for intervention are simple and are carried
out quickly.
- Follow scheduled maintenance operations or those
already carried out.
- High performance, user-friendly software and satisfied
residents.
- The chip consolidates collection and stock management
information (CITINFO 4).
- Computerised management is a totally logical way of
controlling costs. For this reason, it must currently
be associated to automatic identifying systems.
|
|
| |
|
|
The System P is also a continual search
for improvement, partnering the local authority in its
development and an innovative force at your service. Plastic
Omnium innovates again offering Citybac Vert and
Citybulle produced from recycled materials or Citinfo
4, an identification system using electronic chips.

Ludosystem,
custom-made services
 |
|
No two towns are alike. They are all different in terms
of size, planning, demographic structure ... As consultant
partners to local authorities, we take all this information
into account to assist you with the definition of the
best play area for your town, along with optimum service
or services. This approach is known as:
Ludosystem.
|
Analysis
service
Does the town or local authority already have play equipment?
Is it well situated? Is it completely safe? We undertake an
in-depth assessment of all these points and provide you with
a detailed report.
Advisory service
This is based on the conclusions of the analysis and takes
a double approach.
|
Safety
Advice on bringing equipment already installed, and
surroundings, up to current safety standards.
Offers of play units which meet safety standards if
existing equipment cannot be brought up to standard.
|
|
Fun
Offers of additional fun play equipment for under-equipped
sites.
Offers regarding the creation of fun play areas - units
or complete parks - for non-equipped sites.
|
Installation service
Installing a play area is specialist work. Our
logistics department coordinates the arrival and installation
of equipment and bases, using a timetable drawn up with
your departments. Staff from our 22 regional agencies then
provide permanent maintenance work for the play area. |
|
 |
Certification service
We call on an independent inspection agency which monitors
work on the play area and assures you of its conformity with
safety requirements, in accordance with current legislation.
Safety Service
Upkeep
Preventive maintenance inspections are planned
based on three criteria: the site, the type of equipment
and how often it is used. Play units and ground surfaces
are systematically checked and cleaned. All work is registered
on a form, a copy of which is given to the applicable municipal
department.
|
|
Maintenance
Every anomaly observed by us or notified to us,
results in corrective maintenance work carried out by our
staff within a contractual lead time. This includes maintaining
the play equipment up to standard in terms of current or
forthcoming regulations. This work is of capital importance,
it ensures the long life of the equipment and is obligatory
by law.
|
Fun play service
All our play equipment is the result of our constant will to
provide children with fun equipment, which is essential to their
learning: motor skills, cognition, social skills, imagination,
etc.. Every play area and every piece of play equipment in it
is not there by mere chance: well before installation we have
integrated age ranges, location and the aim of the play area
into the equipment we propose.
Our
"extra" fun play service is the variety of learning skills which
the children learn by means of the modular units P'tit Ludo,
Ludoparc and Ludocirk.
|
Entertainment
service
These installations should be talked about. It is a good
idea to set up play areas, it is even better if they are
made known. Aware of the amazing role which these units
play, we have designed:
- communications tools (information letters, invitations
to openings and entertainment sessions, etc.)
- theme-based programmes for open-air or inside shows.
