Compagnie Signature
European leader in urban road and motorway signage
Compagnie Signature was acquired on July 26, 2007 (retroactive to July 1) form Burelle SA, Plastic Omnium's parent company. The shares were purchased for €90 million and paid in cash.
With a network of 11 plants in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Turkey. The company operates in 40 countries through a sales network and 24 subsidiaries.
Vertical signage: with the manufacture and sale of traffic signs and variable message electronic display panels.
Horizontal signage: with the production of road marking paints, the manufacture of paint-application machines and the provision of roadway marking services.
Safety equipment and services dedicated to worksite signage and enhanced road safety, such as speed bumps and lane delineators.
 Eurovia-Vinci partnership

In effect since January 1, 2008, Compagnie Signature has signed a road signage partnership with Eurovia, a subsidiary of the Vinci Group, to create two new companies combining their vertical and horizontal signage operations through crossed shareholdings.The objective is to drive faster growth in France and elsewhere in Europe by enhancing both companies’ financial, sales and innovation resources through the development of public-private partnerships.
