Join Our International Finance Graduate Program

Plastic Omnium is inviting demanding, creative, and smart young graduates to join our International Finance Graduate Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to support us at a Group level and within our five core activities:

  • Clean Energy Systems
  • Intelligent Exterior Systems
  • Modules and Personalization
  • Lighting
  • New Energies – Hydrogen Tanks and Fuel Cells

The program

The program kicks off at our Paris-based HQ in France, providing a thorough induction before starting your first rotation. This onboarding period includes dedicated trainings, networking events, visit of our plants and R&D centres, and exposure to executive management.

Over two years, you will take on three challenging positions of 8 months each, including at least one international rotation and exposure to three different Plastic Omnium business activities. Your missions will cover core finance disciplines such as FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, Financial Communication, Treasury, and Compliance.

In addition to gaining a deep understanding of Plastic Omnium, you will receive comprehensive training across various finance areas to build a successful finance career. On top of individual HR follow-up, a finance director will become your mentor to support your growth within Plastic Omnium.

Applications open from February 12th to March 8th.

Online interview with a member of the HR team and psychometric assessment from February 19th to March 8th.

Assessment Centre on March 19th. This includes interview with a Finance Director and HR director, an individual business case, and a group roleplay.

4#

Final feedback week of March 25th.
