During 2020, stakeholder dialog has been essential in order to ensure the best possible conditions for their continuity. The Plastic Omnium materiality matrix is a key tool in the dialog we maintain with our internal and external stakeholders. The types of dialog put in place were identified following the map of the Group’s key stakeholders.
