The change in other long-term investments is mainly due to the sale of the AP Ventures fund to its subsidiary Plastic Omnium Advanced Innovation and Research (see chapter “Significant events”) as well as to transactions in treasury shares under the liquidity agreement. Other long-term investments mainly comprise: a €19 million commitment in the Aster VI professional equity fund of ● Aster Capital Partners SAS, specialized in the energy, industry and mobility sectors; a €3 million commitment in the professional private equity fund Fonds ● d’Avenir Automobile, focused on automotive equipment manufacturers; 12,500 treasury shares allocated to market-making and valued at ● €0.3 million; 735,310 treasury shares being cancelled and valued at €13.2 million. ● Loans consist of medium- and long-term financing provided to entities of Plastic Omnium Group.
