These include €150 million for the benefit of Group subsidiaries. The subsidiaries drew down €66 million in credit lines at the end of 2020. Compagnie Plastic Omnium did not have any drawdowns at the end of 2020. Loans and advances to senior executives No loans or advances were made to senior managers as defined in Article L. 225-43 of the French Commercial Code. Compensation of management bodies The total compensation paid to the Board of Directors in 2020 amounted to €2,632,996. Subsequent events None.
