Target 17.9: Increase international support for effective and targeted capacity building in developing countries in support of national plans to achieve all sustainable development goals, including through North-South, South-South and tripartite cooperation. Target 17.16: Strengthen the Global Partnership for sustainability, together with multi-stakeholder partnerships to mobilize and share knowledge, expertise, technology and financial resources to help all countries, particularly developing countries, to achieve the sustainable development goals.
